Chapter 2 is just the epilogue. It's not "part 2." And those repeat missions aren't required to unlock the ending. There are only seven missions in the epilogue and about 10 yellow side ops, some of which have cutscenes attached. See, chapter 2's progression is weirdly archaic like MPW's was. There are 2 missions however that give some conclusion to the story. Whether they are good or not, that's up to you to decide.
